Indiana
Dylan is a beautiful 10 month old male Irish Setter.
He has been much loved by his previous owner, but is simply too much
dog for the younger children in the household. Dylan weighs in at
70 lbs. He is bright and shows great promise to learn the manners
needed to be a great family member. Typical of young Irish boys he
will counter surf on occasion and barks at “ghosties” at night. He
gets along very well with his Irish foster sisters and enjoys
playing with the younger girl. He does get a bit rough in his play,
though. Dylan will make a great companion for an active household
with older children. He would make a great obedience/agility dog
given his willingness to learn and his energy to burn! He gets
along well with other dogs and enjoys the dog park. He has been
exposed to cats and birds and seems to be handling them OK. Dylan
is neutered and current on shots.
Dylan’s foster Mom will be very particular about finding the right
family for Dylan. If you think that might be you please contact
Indiana Irish Setter Rescue volunteer Jolee Chartrand
jchartrand@earthlink.net or call (317)996-4042. |

Clifford - Clifford
is estimated to be about two years old. He was pulled from an
abusive situation in his second home. He must have been much loved
in his first home, however, because he has excellent house manners,
is housebroken, knows some basic obedience commands and is
comfortable inside. Clifford is great with other dogs too.
Clifford is healthy, neutered, microchipped and heartworm free.
Clifford will be a great companion for just about any family.
